Wide Selection of UV and Imaging Systems

The GelDoc-It®TS Imaging System from UVP, for fluorescence and colorimetric imaging, provides a modular design in stand-alone footprint to minimise laboratory space. Components can be added for specific researcher imaging and analysis requirements. The system features an industry leading 2.0 megapixel high resolution, scientific grade CCD camera. The integrated computer and 15inch colour screen with touch screen technology permit fast, easy image capture. Add VisionWorksLS Software when image quantitation is required.

The ColonyDoc-It Imaging Station enables fast, accurate colony counting with a touch of a button. This system is used for fluids contamination, microbiology studies, antibiotic
testing and hygiene studies.

The UV Crosslinker, with microprocessor controls and 254nm UV, assures consistent UV output for applications including DNA bonding which takes seconds as compared to oven baking. The pull out drawer style allows easy access for placement of samples. The UV safety switch turns the UV off when the door is opened. UVP has the largest selection of ultraviolet lamps from handheld to benchtop and display models for many applications including bacterial identification and sterilisation, non-destructive testing and inspection, gel electrophoresis and TLC imaging.

UV lamps at the Fisher show include Handheld UV Lamps. Models are available with a single UV wavelength or multiple wavelengths in one lamp and the lamp stand allows for hands free lamp operation.

UVX Radiometers measure UV irradiance, which is the most effective way to monitor the useful life of any UV light source.
