Do You Require Analysis of Multiple Gases?

Jul 12 2017

The Rapidox 7100 Multigas Analyser is a high precision modular instrument with the ability to analyse up to six gases simultaneously. Designed for analysing, controlling and monitoring process gases, the 19” rack mountable gas analyser is one of the most highly specified products manufactured by Cambridge Sensotec.
Applications for this instrument vary from many industries such as; process monitoring, semiconductor manufacturing, furnace emissions, water treatment processes, medical research, environmental applications, research and development, metal heat treatment and gas handling. Measurable gases include amongst others: CO2, CO, H2O, O2, C2H4, SO2, CH4, H2 and H2S.
A seven inch (180mm) full-colour touch screen interface with soft menu keys allows for easy operation in either permanent monitoring or sampling modes. All data is logged continuously for review and inspection and excel compatible data can be downloaded via a USB memory stick.
Standard features include; two fully programmable alarm circuits per sensor, programmable analogue outputs, RS232 / RS485 / Modbus RTU communications and complete data-logging software.
To enhance the Rapidox 7100 further, it can be combined with the Rapidox 2112 Multiplex Systemallowing for multiple gas sources to be analysed sequentially. The Rapidox 2112 is available with 5, 10 or 15 independent gas inlet ports that are fed to a single gas outlet. Programmed and operated using the bespoke Rapidox software, the Rapidox 2112 Multiplex System integrates seamlessly with the Rapidox 7100, and can also be used as a stand-alone device with manual operation.
Cambridge Sensotec offer a range of Rapidox servicing options in the UK and throughout the world with a network of agents and distributors. Regular gas analyser calibration significantly increases the reliability and repeatability of the measurements taken by the equipment. A full-service program is available via Cambridge Sensotec using state-of-the-art automated calibration stations with certified and traceable calibration gases; all designed to calibrate your Rapidox gas analysers accurately and efficiently.
