Nimbus Analytical Balances and AVT Anti-Vibration Table Improve Stability, Precision and Efficiency in Labs

Aug 26 2016

It’s a fact of lab life: there are some variables that can wreak havoc on an analytical balance results. Controlling environmental influences isn’t always feasible, but Adam Equipment can help lab users reduce fluctuations in measurement resulting from environmental affects.

Used in tandem with Adam Equipment’s AVT anti-vibration table, Adam’s Nimbus analytical balance performs reliably with marked precision despite any unexpected background vibration or air currents that might cause readings to fluctuate.

The Nimbus analytical balance works seamlessly with the AVT to deliver the superior performance and precision needed in demanding labs. Nimbus analytical balances offer intuitive operation and readability to 0.1mg. Innovative design enables a compact footprint, so the balance occupies minimal space but retains the highest level of performance. Solid metal construction throughout the Nimbus provides the durability to withstand chemicals and rigorous use. USB and RS-232 interfaces facilitate data transfer, recording and traceability. The Nimbus is available with internal and external calibration.

Featuring a scratch-resistant granite base that rests on shock-absorbing rubber mounts, the AVT anti-vibration table is designed to minimise the effects of vibration during lab balance operation. Sturdy aluminium construction offers outstanding stability, allowing the Nimbus to perform with marked precision despite any movements or air currents that might cause inconsistent or inaccurate results. The AVT provides a convenient working surface for placing samples, weights, pipettes, or other lab items.
