Front Loading Benchtop Autoclave with Larger Chamber

Nov 07 2018

Laboratories with low volume sterilising requirements looking for a feature-packed benchtop autoclave should examine the latest Priorclave H60 compact, front loading benchtop autoclave. It offers a level of settings and sterilising flexibility usually reserved for larger autoclaves but at a more affordable price.

Developed at the Priorclave’s UK manufacturing centre, this latest model, the H60, is a 60 litre benchtop laboratory and research grade autoclave and is built around a proven history for reliability, performance and durability. This frontloading autoclave features a large sterilising chamber, 350mm diameter and a working depth of 625mm, increasing potential load density for more efficient sterling throughput. This makes the H60 ideal for a variety of sterilising applications such as media preparation, laboratory waste, liquids and diluents, glassware, instruments and apparatus.

It features the advanced TACTROL® microprocessor control system with staged illumination providing digital readout of cycle status as well as allowing easy setting of temperature and time. It also incorporates the very latest in thermal printers with significantly improved print clarity, there is an option to have data from the sterilising processing cycle print-out once the cycle ends and paper roll change is much easier.

Designed for bench-mounting and easy installation, models in this versatile H60 autoclave range can be supplied for either manual or auto-water fill and come in a choice of standard or vacuum models. To accommodate the increased external depth of the new Compact H60, if required Priorclave is able to supply a special stand to facilitate mounting adjacent to a working surface.

Build of the H60 - 60L benchtop autoclave incorporates epoxy coated panels and frame members which are treated with an anti-bacterial agent highly effective against all bacteria and fungi including MRSA, preventing cross contamination within a laboratory environment.

This latest compact benchtop steriliser is part of an impressive range of laboratory and research grade autoclaves, a range that also includes free-standing front-loading cylindrical and rectangular machines, power-door, double-door and stackable sterilisers. Standard models including vacuum options offer capacities up to 850 litre, however as a dedicated autoclave design and manufacturing company Priorclave have produced bespoke designs with chambers in excess of 7500 litres.
