An innovative system of opening and closing of the drying chamber in the moisture analyser MA X2.A, thanks to its contactless operation, ensures the device is kept clean. The chamber always closes with the same intensity, which positively influences the measurements quality and repeatability. Automatic chamber opening and closing prevents direct contact of the operator with the heating element.
The precision of mass measurement and optimisation of drying process
The special algorithm controlling heating elements operation facilitates maintaining proper drying temperature and ensures fast and precise measurement. Dynamic temperature control method allows the user to carry out analysis within a relatively short time and to obtain repeatability in the series of drying processes. The MA X2 and MA X2.A models, equipped with various heating elements, allows testing moisture content of different samples, i.e. samples characterised with various structures and textures. Diverse drying profiles make use of individual methods for obtaining the preset temperature possible.
Database as Drying Processes Backup
The possibility of saving all the information and drying processes in the database improves drying processes management. Taking advantage of this option the user does not have to remember a particular parameter’s values.
