New Entry Level Anti-Corrosion Diaphragm Pumps Introduced

Wiggens introduces the A-series of chemical resistant diaphragm pumps suitable for use across a wide range of applications and industries: chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, suction filtration, vacuum distillation, rotational evaporation, vacuum concentration, centrifugal concentration and solid phase extraction. The versatile A-series pumps can be widely used for hard acidic, basic and solvent vapours by utilising corrosion proof PTFE on all wetted surfaces. The vacuum chamber and drive chamber are separated and sealed which ensures an extended working life for all mechanical components. A-series pumps are driven by diaphragm which eliminates the need for lubrication, oil and maintenance. The quality vibration-proof assembly makes the pump run at the lowest noise level (less than 50dB).
A variety of models are available to meet the various needs of the laboratory, with a minimum vacuum of up to 2 mbar. Each motor has a built-in thermal protection device to automatically shut off the pump when overheating occurs and resume operation when the temperature cools down. It can be matched with rotary evaporators, vacuum controllers, VDM vacuum digital meters and filtration systems, all available from Wiggens.
