SSI’s UltraFlux® line of consumables includes a diverse range of plates, striptubes, caps, individual tubes and sealing products for use in RT PCR and PCR analysis. Each of the 96 and 384-well plate range is carefully designed for compatibility with commonly used thermal cyclers and features raised well ridges for reducing sample evaporation upon sealing. UltraFlux® and SnapStrip® striptubes feature thin walls for optimum heat transfer and reaction efficiency without compromising physical strength. Sealing films and optically-clear flat caps ensure a secure, evaporation-resistant seal and are ideal for RT PCR. As with all functional SSI products, they are certified free of RNase, DNase, DNA, and PCR inhibitors. Our PCR range is manufactured under stringent, automated conditions at our ISO 9001:2008 certified facility in California to ensure consistent, high quality, and reliable product.

SSI also offers a variety of racks designed to satisfy all pre or post PCR sampling applications.
