New chemical resistant toroidal conductivity sensor for use in the harshest industrial conditions

Jul 27 2022

The new TCSP Series of toroidal conductivity sensors from Sensorex have been developed for use in applications where harsh and corrosive chemicals are ubiquitous. This tough sensor’s body is constructed with polyether ethyl ketone (PEEK) so it can withstand caustic chemicals, operate at temperatures of up to 130°C/266°F and pressures of up to 295 psig/9 bar.

This versatile device has a measurement range reaching 2,000 mS and features an intrinsic 1000 ohm Pt RTD, which includes an output to enable automated temperature compensation to provide precise measurements even with samples in varying conditions.

The new probes are provided with a 9-conductor cable which has tinned ends to facilitate connection to transmitters controllers or other devices. The standard model includes a 3 meter/10 foot or 6 meter/20 foot cable with the option for customised lengths.
