Conventional particle analysis has been an integral part of our family-owned business for over 80 years. We supply reliable particle measurement technology for ensuring the quality of your products. From test sieves and test sieve shakers to complete sieve analysis systems, you get everything you need from a single source to perform analyses that comply to standards. These systems have proven themselves with hundreds of materials over a variety of industries. HAVER sieve shakers and test sieves are used for fine measurement in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as for the quality control of loose coarse materials loke coal, stone and earth in mining or road construction.
Haver & Boecker is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and is a leading member of the international standards committee for test sieves. Our own plant calibration laboratory extends the previous testing of test sieves with the final approval test certificate 3.1 as to DIN EN 10 204. We offer comprehensive on-site service including mobile measuring equipment for recertifying your used test sieves.
The pioneering dynamic image analysis systems developed by Haver & Boecker since the early 1990s represent the latest technology then as now. The HAVER CPA measuring method is used to analyse the sizes and shapes of dry, free-falling particles in bulk materials within a measuring range up to 400 mm. Fitted with HAVER peripherals and accessories, the HAVER CPA can be used as a laboratory system,
R & D centre or online system to analyse gravel, sand, granulates, abrasiv blasting media, fertilizers, pharmaceutical products and even foodstuffs in real time.
