As magnetic caps are fairly hard to crimp La-Pha-Pack® have developped 10ml and 20ml Screw Neck Vials in clear- and amber glass with Magnetic Screw Seals for the CTC Combi Pal. In the crimp neck dominated headspace area the screw closure technology represents a more convenient and easier to open and to close alternative to the magnetic crimp seals. The centre hole is designed that way, that it is suitable for SPME as well as for standard Headspace analysis, but still offers enough surface for the magnet to
transport a completely filled vial.

Furthermore the risk of incorrectly crimped vials is avoided and reproduceable analysis results guaranteed. Penetration is much easier and safer, as the liners have a reduced total thickness in comparison to those of the crimp seals. All items of this product line have been
tested and approved by CTC Analytics regarding penetration, tightness and magnetic force. Vials and seals can be obtained either as individual components or as 2in1 KITs.
