The Cogent Phenyl Hydride HPLC columns from Microsolv Technology Corporation offers a unique performance for peptides and polar compounds in RP and ANP methods. The phenyl hydride columns are durable due to the bonding technology that creates a direct silicon-carbon bond between the ligand and the particle, using a straight chain, 4 carbon linker with a terminal phenyl ring. It has a unique selectivity for compounds that contain aromatic rings. Popular choice of labs working with small peptides, sulfonyl, azide and other aromatic compounds.
