Fast mercury analysis in food and nutraceutical samples

When it comes to analysing large volumes of samples in FMCG industries such as foods and nutraceuticals, speed and accuracy are of paramount importance. Direct mercury analysis as described by EPA 7473 is an alternative method to traditional time consuming techniques and requires no sample preparation whilst delivering results in under 6 minutes.
