PPM Technology is pleased to announce a number of significant enhancements to their range of portable and fixed gas detection instruments.
PPM has developed wireless connectivity for all their products; dedicated monitoring software enables the instruments to be managed wirelessly from a single PC; and the collected data can be stored and analysed to ensure effective management of any indoor air environment.
Their new Wireless IAQ Profile PPMonitor is able to continuously monitor any Indoor Air Environment. The wireless technology enables real-time monitoring of almost any IAQ parameter including temperature, humidity and a wide range of toxic gases and compounds.
PPM Technology’s handheld Formaldehyde detectors the Formaldemeter™ htV and htV-m now offer improved performance and reliability - the instruments are able to accurately measure when very low or extremely high concentrations of formaldehyde are present.
PPM Technology has developed the new modified version of the instrument to enable the user to monitor for much higher concentrations of Formaldehyde up to approximately 90ppm. This has been achieved through the introduction of a miniature solenoid valve, which ensures a closed system. This prevents formaldehyde from seeping into the sensor when sampling is not taking place. The valve has been designed inertly to measure Formaldehyde.
