Introducing Cubis® II Lab Balance Family: Customisable Modularity

Jun 05 2019

Since 2009, Cubis® line of premium lab balances from Sartorius has been a performance benchmark in this field.

Cubis® was the first and is until now the only lab balance series featuring a completely modular design at the level of both hardware (weighing units, display and draft shield) and software or applications.

Seamless Connectivity

To help enhance productivity, efficiency and data integrity in your laboratory, we offer an option with the Cubis® II MCA interface that allows communication over standard internet protocols. This standardized communication technology permits communication with your external software systems, such as LIMS or ELN, eliminating manual data transcription errors and thus enhancing your data quality and integrity.

Cubis® II balances with an MCA interface have USB A, B and C standard-equipped interface ports: USB C, RS232, and Ethernet. The USB interfaces allow maximum connectivity through optional interfaces, such as WLAN or Bluetooth.

Long-term Flexibility

If needed, enhance your initial hardware configuration over time with additional accessories and software.

If your chosen Q-Apps do not fit 100% into your workflow, work with us to modify them. Because they are compact and clearly structured, Q-Apps are easy to validate and have reduced testing efforts.
