The Amptek XR-100CR with Si-PIN detector or Super XR-100SDD with Super Silicon Drift Detector are high resolution, low-power, compact detectors used for XRF analysis worldwide. Power is supplied by the PX4, which provides both a variable Digital Pulse Shaping Amplifi er and the MCA function. The Mini-X X-Ray Tube is the fi rst of its kind: a selfcontained, miniature X-ray tube system, which includes the X-ray tube, power supply, control electronics and USB communication to the computer. Applications for this system include RoHS/WEEE, Process Control and Alloy/Lead analysis.
