Systec GmbH & Co. is a manufacturer of autoclaves (steam sterilizers), especially laboratory autoclaves, media preparators and filling devices for liquid media and microbiological culture media. Systec GmbH & Co. develops and manufactures, certified according to ISO 9001, a wide range of products for the modern laboratory, science and research as well as biotechnology, pharmacy, quality control and production.

Systec autoclaves are primarily used in laboratories. Systec supplies university laboratories, Max-Planck institutes, Federal and State Research Institutions and other major research institutes, the pharmaceutical and food industries, public health laboratories and private laboratories as well as research institutes and companies within the biotechnology, gene technology and diagnostics sectors.

Systec autoclaves can be used in all laboratory applications, even for sophisticated sterilization processes: Sterilizing liquids (such as culture media, nutrient media), solid bodies (such as instruments, pipettes, glassware), waste (sterilization of liquid waste in bottles or solid waste in waste bags before destruction), and biologically hazardous materials in safety laboratories. All Systec autoclaves can be expanded with options and equipment on a modular basis, in order to optimize your sterilization process and implement validated sterilization processes. Companies can select only the options they need to optimize their specific sterilization procedure. Specially developed for sterilization applications in the laboratory, processes become safe, accurate, reproducible and validatable.

Utilizing a chamber volume from 25 to 1580 liters, Systec offers more than 70 different types of steam sterilizers respectively laboratory autoclaves.

Systec Mediaprep, media preparators (culture media preparator and sterilizer) in 7 different sizes (from 10 to 20 liters) built as autoclave solely for culture media production which is optimized for preparation, sterilization and sterile filling of sterile liquid media (e.g. Agar culture media, Peptone Water and buffer solutions or other sterile liquid media).

Systec Mediafill, filling device for dosing and filling of microbiological culture media in Petri-Dishes with a diameter of 35mm, 60mm and 90mm for up to 220, 440 and 660 Petri-Dishes as well as for Bi-Plates, Tri-Plates and for dosing and filling of liquid media into test-tubes.
