About Applied Rigaku Technologies

Applied Rigaku Technologies, a division of Rigaku, engineers, manufactures, and delivers EDXRF solutions worldwide. Our spectrometers enable fast, non-destructive elemental analysis of solids, liquids, powders, coatings, and thin films across a wide range of industries.

Our benchtop portfolio includes the compact NEX QC II Series for routine quality control, the versatile NEX DE Series for more demanding applications and small spot analysis, and the advanced NEX CG II Series for complex samples and research environments.

For real-time process control, we offer in-line and on-line analyzers designed for continuous monitoring of industrial operations.
