Portable Atomic Absorption Spectrometer with Innovated Technology

BFRL has newly released a portable atomic absorption spectrometer, which is ideal for fast field determination of important elements in environment water system, such as As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb and Se.

It features a tungsten coil electrothermal atomiser with much lower energy consumption compared to traditional graphite furnace atomiser; a miniature CCD spectrometer with much smaller size and weight; no moving parts inside and no need for adjustment after transportation. It can be operated by battery power supply.
