Biotech Fluidics introduces an expanded line-up of DEGASi® PREP+ degassers, catering to diverse process optimisation needs.

In response to the growing demand for streamlined systems, Biotech Fluidics now offers three variants of DEGASi® PREP+ degassers: standard, large, and extra-large. Each variant is meticulously designed to accommodate specific flow rates and tubing diameters, ensuring optimal performance tailored to your application. These cutting-edge units deliver exceptional degassing capabilities for flow rates of up to 100 ml/min per channel.

Renowned for its commitment to excellence, Biotech Fluidics has developed the DEGASi® PREP+ series to uphold the highest standards of performance and reliability. Equipped with a state-of-the-art Systec® DST vacuum pump and proprietary Systec® AF membrane technology, these degassers deliver consistent and efficient degasification, even at ultra-high flow rates.

The DEGASi® PREP+ degassers are engineered to save industrial users valuable time and resources by eliminating production disruptions caused by gas bubbles in fluidic process lines. With these advanced devices, users can effortlessly remove dissolved gases and bubbles from organic solvents or aggressive aqueous solutions at liquid flow rates of up to 100 mL/minute. The DEGASi® PREP+ is available as a standalone unit, configurable with 1 to 4 channels of high-throughput degassing. Specialised versions with an additional semi-preparative chamber are also available upon request.
