Microsolv Technology’s Dursan® coated, bio-inert, metal-free surfaces of the Cogent Diamond Hydride™ HPLC column is recommended for polar compounds that might interact with stainless steel. The inert, permanent column coating provides protection from analyte interaction which can be problematic for compounds including many proteins, peptides, and small molecules and helps to produce more accurate and precise data. These columns have the same pressure limitations as non-coated stainless-steel columns and are compatible with all HPLC solvents.

The Dursan coating can withstand extreme temperatures (-346°F - 842°F).
