New appointment to strengthen customer partnerships

Miele Professional has appointed Debbie Jones as National Account Manager for Great Britain and Ireland, strengthening its national account team as it continues to support customers across key sectors.

In her new role, Jones will manage and develop national accounts, working closely with customers to identify opportunities for growth and deliver solutions aligned with operational requirements. She will act as a primary contact for key stakeholders, focusing on long-term customer relationships and service delivery.

Jones brings more than 30 years of experience in the laundry equipment supply sector, with a background in national account management across multiple industries. Her expertise spans the full laundry process, as well as evolving operational and regulatory demands faced by customers.

Commenting on her appointment, Jones said: “Miele is a brand with over 125 years of heritage, recognised for quality and long-term focus. I am looking forward to building strong customer relationships and delivering value through tailored solutions and support.”

Miele Professional is part of Miele and supplies commercial laundry and dishwashing equipment, as well as washer-disinfectors and sterilisers for medical and laboratory applications.
