HPLC pump qualification tool supports compliance and traceability

11 Apr, 2025

Laboratories working under regulatory standards can now simplify their HPLC pump validation process with the latest update to Testa Analytical’s Pump Qualification Pack.

Version 1.4 introduces practical enhancements aimed at improving workflow structure, flexibility, and audit readiness. A newly introduced Pump Validation Checklist provides a guided step-by-step approach, helping users navigate the qualification process with clarity and reduced risk of error.

Key to the update is the ability to customise accuracy acceptance limits between 0.5% and 5%, enabling users to align their validation procedures with EDQM standards or internal specifications. In addition, the qualification criteria now include both relative standard deviation and nominal deviation, in accordance with European guidance.

Supplied as a complete, ready-to-use system, the Qualification Pack includes a precision LC flowmeter, a dedicated tablet preloaded with validation software, and automated data handling features. It is designed to perform all necessary calculations and deliver fully traceable, audit-ready documentation in a significantly reduced timeframe.

Whether preparing for inspection or maintaining routine system checks, this updated tool offers a cost-effective route to faster, more reliable HPLC pump validation.
