Dionex Corporation is pleased to announce the introduction a new HPLC system specifically designed for electrochemical detection with high sensitivity for analysis of monoamines, amino acids, acetylcholine and neurodegenerative disease markers. The ESA Coulochem® electrochemical detector - used for over 40 years by neuroscientists for attomole sensitivity in neurotransmitter analysis—combined with the innovations found in the award-winning UltiMate® 3000 platform now provides the most sensitive and reliable analytical system available on the market today.

A new ultra-low noise pump enables low limits of detection. The split-loop autosampler delivers accurate sampling from low volume microdialysis samples while minimising sample waste. Combined with the Chromeleon® chromatography data system with enhanced workflow functions this instrument provides the reliability and performance needed for neurotransmitter analysis.
