New Programmable Thermo-Shaker with Cooling for Microtubes and PCR Plates

There is a new member in the family of Biosan thermo-shakers - TS-100C Smart. It is designed for intensive orbital sample mixing and a temperature control in a setting range from +4°C to 100°C. The new shaker is equipped with Bluetooth® and a free software.
Features of TS-100C Smart meet the highest expectations of users according to many parameters: fast reaching of specified mixing speed and maintenance of equal amplitude of rotation throughout the Thermo–Shaker block; superior temperature uniformity (±0,1°C at 37°C) and stability of maintaining the preset temperature in a wide range throughout the Thermo–Shaker’s block surface; quiet motor operation, compact size, prolonged service life.
There are five types of heating and cooling blocks available, including a block for PCR-plates. All blocks are interchangeable and can be easily installed.
The software allows users to connect up to 7 units to one PC. All parameters can be controlled remotely and profiling programs can be created the ability to visualise graphs (temperature vs time, speed vs time). All data can be exported to Excel and CSV formats.
Application examples include extraction of DNA, RNA and further sample preparation; enzymatic reactions; eExtraction of metabolites from cellular material.
