Biotool Switzerland has added a new version of its TubeFiller automated bottle/ tube filling system to their range of easy-to-use, productivity enhancing sample handling and sample preparation equipment.

The TubeFiller TF 3000x is a versatile system proven to deliver true walkaway filling of tubes, well plates or bottles in any standard rack format. The TubeFiller is not only versatile but is the only automated filling instrument on the market capable of filling up to 2000 tubes or bottles per hour with good reproducibility, making it perfect for COVID-19 testing labs. The TF3000x has as an option for a new dip function and cyclonic spray dispenser to enable precise ‘no splash’ dispensing of even low volumes of fluids.

The TubeFiller TF 3000 is supplied as a turnkey system with integrated peristaltic pump that is controlled by highly intuitive, yet powerful software. The laser cross guided arm on the TF 3000 moves precisely and rapidly from tube to tube, bottle to bottle or plate to plate filling each individual vessel up to your desired volume.

Josef Macaluso, Managing Director of BioTool Switzerland commented: “Our customers love the TF 3000’s stainless steel operating platform. With no rims or gaps it is incredibly easy to clean which is a critical consideration in the many COVID-19 testing, microbiology and pharma labs where it is used.”
