Jan 07 2010
CI Electronics specialise in the design and manufacture of precision weighing systems for quality assurance in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The company has over 40 years experience and their areas of expertise include accurate weighing, product handling, GMP and validation.
CI Electronics’ range of SADE tablet/capsule weight sorters are used by major pharmaceutical companies across the world, saving money by reclaiming valuable product from reject batches. They are also extensively used in R&D departments for the accurate weight sorting and statistical analysis of development or clinical trials batches.
Electronics have introduced a new range of SADE SP units, which are 50% faster than their previous models but still offer the accuracy of +/- 1mg. An enhanced feed and sort mechanism improves the product handling and speed.
The SADE SP saves production funds by saving weight rejected batches that may otherwise be discarded. The SADE SP is also the ideal tool for the accurate weight sorting of batches required for clinical trials.
The SADE SP units have the unique ability of handling many shapes and sizes of product without the need for special change parts and tooling. The unit, manufactured from quality materials, is easy to dismantle for
cleaning and quick to set up again for the next product.
CI Electronics will also introduce the new SADE SP-B10 Benchtop tablet/capsule weight sorter. Compared with its predecessor it achieves improved accuracy of +/-0.5mg. In addition a new checkweighing operating mode provides statistical analyses of tablet/capsule weights.
