Memmert Humidity Chambers cover a niche market where applications with combined temperature and humidity control (from +20°C resp. 8°C above ambient) without the necessity of cooling or lighting are of vital importance. The active humidity control is possible up to +90°C, without humidity it is possible to operate the chamber up to a setpoint temperature of 160°C. The first impression conveys the usual expertise: stainless steel – inside and outside – in combination with the underglass function display – the perfect solution from the hygienic point of view. All parameters are digitally displayed with the
actual programme status clearly visible.
High-tech in perfection is hidden behind the broadband display: adaptive, fuzzy supported, multifunctional PID-microprocessor controller for temperature and humidity; humidity control from 20% up to 95% rh; triple overtemperature protection by electronic temperature controller, ASF Automatic Safety Function and mechanical temperature limiter; digital 7-day-programme timer as well as ramp timer for up to 40 ramps, each adjustable from 1 min. up to 999 hrs; integrated ring memory as datalogger for non-manipulable documentation of all processes; calibration facility for temperature and humidity. 5 languages for communication and display are alternatively available and can be chosen by the user in the setup – German, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
The MEMory Card for programming and documentation is also a standard accessory as is the STERICard with fixed sterilisation cycle for sterilisation of the working chamber.
This function and the electropolished surface of the working chamber prevent cross contamination. Parallel printer interface for all PCL3-compatible inkjet printers as well as serial interface RS232 incl. Memmert Software “Celsius 2007” are also standard. USB or Ethernet are also offered against extra charge. The User-ID-Card provides absolute
protection of the programme against unauthorised operation by third parties as does the FDA-version of the Memmert Software “Celsius 2007” which are both available against extra charge.
