Innovative equipment will include: the MP-MICRO? from Aeromatic-Fielder, the world's smallest fluid bed multi processor; The MICROGRAL? from Collette top-driven, lab-scale, high shear mixer-granulator; the SUPERCEL? from Niro tablet coater; hycoflex® from GEA Buck Valve, flexible high-containment for transferring toxic powders; the SP15 NIR from Buck Systems Pilot scale blender with Near-Infrared analysis. NPS will also be demonstrating its MODUL? from Courtoy table press with the removable Wash-on-Line Exchangeable Compression Module (ECM); and the all new IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) tracking software from Buck Systems.
NPS will demonstrate its process expertise by showing precision coating technology from Aeromatic Fielder; containment technology from Buck Valve; pilot-scale pharmaceutical freeze drying from GEA Lyophil; the R150 fully automated budget tablet press from Courtoy; and the new PMA advanced granulator, with integrated fluid bed, from Aeromatic-Fielder.
By linking the whole range of vital technologies NPS demonstrates how synergy within the Group can create real customer benefits and provide a single source for all pharmaceutical manufacturing needs.
