Kinase-Glo® Plus, from Promega, is a homogeneous non-radio-active,
high-throughput screening (HTS) assay that measures kinase activity by quantifying the amount of ATP remaining in solution following a kinase reaction.
The Kinase-Glo® Plus Assay can be performed at high ATP concentrations (up to 100uM) with any kinase and substrate combination. Kinase-Glo® Plus gives Z'-factor values greater than 0.7 and being luminescent is unaffected by fluorescent compounds.
