For the first time, Seal Analytical will partner with its sister lab equipment companies at Pittcon 2019 (Booth #1945) to create a large eye-catching display featuring a wide range of exciting new technologies. By merging their booths with Porvair Life Sciences, J.G. Finneran, Rohasys Robotics, Flared Tubing and Pulse instrumentation, Seal Analytical will be able to demonstrate the rapid growth that has been achieved, both organically and by strategic acquisition. Automation will be the theme of the booth.

For many analysts, Pittcon 2019 will be the first opportunity to see Seal Analytical’s latest nutrient autoanalyzer, the AA500, a fully automated, high throughput, segmented flow analyser. The Seal AA500 provides ultra-low detection limits and excellent repeatability while adding automation and ease of use not seen before on a flow system. The fully automatic reagent wash valves and pump that engages and disengages, allow true walk-away operation. With unattended start up and shutdown, as well as in-line digestion, distillation and gas diffusion, the AA500 increases laboratory efficiency.

Pittcon visitors will also be able to see Seal’s new line of ROHASYS MiniLab robots. On show will be the MiniLab series BOD system with sample preparation, pH and conductivity systems and multi parameter units. Fast, reliable and compact, the Minilab series can also filter, weigh, cap and decap as well as measure parameters such as alkalinity, turbidity and COD. A variety of different sized platforms offering solutions for all workloads

will be on display.

Continuing the automation theme, offering solutions for all workloads.

’s latest discrete nutrient analyser, the AQ400, provides auto-standard preparation, auto-dilution, automatic method changeover and low reagent consumption. Approved applications (EPA, ISO) include nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, phosphate, Chromium VI, TKN, TP etc. in water, wastewater, soils, extracts and digests.
