Elite furnaces launches advanced 7-Inch touchscreen control platform across its furnace range

16 Jul, 2026

Elite Furnaces has introduced a new 7-inch embedded touchscreen control platform, now available across its furnace range, allowing customers to specify the advanced control system on both new furnace orders and customised thermal processing solutions.

Initially introduced on the popular BCF furnace range, the new controller can now be integrated into all compatible Elite furnace models, offering a modern, intuitive operating experience while maintaining the precision and reliability expected from Elite thermal processing equipment.

The new control interface features a high-resolution 7-inch IPS capacitive touch display (1024 × 600), providing exceptional clarity, fast response, and excellent visibility from virtually any viewing angle—even in brightly lit laboratory and industrial environments. Haptic touch feedback further enhances usability, making operation comfortable even while wearing gloves or working in demanding production environments.

At the heart of the system is Elite's proprietary firmware, developed entirely in-house by Elite's engineering team. This gives Elite complete control over temperature profiles, cycle sequencing, diagnostics, software enhancements, and future feature development, ensuring long-term flexibility without dependence on third-party software.

Designed for modern industrial applications, the controller provides extensive connectivity through RS232, RS485, Dual CAN FD, and USB, enabling seamless integration with external equipment, process automation systems, and data logging applications. Built for reliability, the platform operates across a wide temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and supports a flexible 6–48V DC power input with integrated protection for demanding environments.
