Revolutionary ULT freezers redefine sample storage
Oct 13 2023
Haier Biomedical is pleased to introduce its ground-breaking TwinCool Frequency Conversion ULT Freezers, a game-changing addition to the world of sample storage. Tailored for pharmaceutical, clinical research, and public health laboratories, these innovative freezers showcase an amalgamation of cutting-edge technologies that prioritise energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
The TwinCool Frequency Conversion ULT Freezers, also referred to as BPST freezers, have been designed to provide a new standard of sample security while promoting energy conservation and sustainability. Key features include frequency conversion compressors that significantly reduce power consumption and a dual refrigeration system, ensuring samples remain safe and secure with minimal environmental impact.
Each unit in the range incorporates two independent refrigeration systems, guaranteeing continuous temperature control down to -80±3°C, even in the event of a system failure. Rapid temperature recovery post-door opening and extended holdover times of up to five hours during power outages are additional benefits. These freezers harness the power of environmentally friendly fluorine-free hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants with a nearly zero global warming potential, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% compared to previous models.
The TwinCool Frequency Conversion ULT Freezer range offers numerous features designed to provide absolute peace of mind. Multiple alarms alert users to internal temperature fluctuations, sensor errors, power failures, open doors, high ambient temperatures, and hot condensers. The range also provides various locking options, including mechanical, padlock, fingerprint, near-field communication, and electromagnetic locks, ensuring optimal security. The low-noise design, with a maximum output of just 42 dB, guarantees a quiet working environment. A 10-inch high-performance touch screen and a unique, detachable filter simplify daily operation and maintenance.
