Replacement degasser modules simplify OEM upgrades

As several widely used open-frame degasser modules approach end of life, instrument manufacturers face the challenge of maintaining existing systems without costly redesigns. Biotech Fluidics has responded by introducing a range of replacement OEM degasser modules designed as direct alternatives to discontinued units.

The open-frame modules are intended for straightforward integration into analytical and fluidic instrumentation, enabling manufacturers to extend product lifecycles while avoiding major engineering changes. Based on upgraded vacuum technology, the replacement systems are available in a range of channel configurations, flow rates and control options to suit diverse instrument designs.

Each module incorporates high-quality components from IDEX Health & Science, providing broad chemical compatibility, reliable vacuum control and long-term operating stability. The systems combine one or more degassing chambers with integrated vacuum management and fault detection to support consistent fluid delivery.

Many of the most widely used configurations are available from stock or can be assembled within a few days, helping minimise disruption to production schedules. Bespoke OEM degasser modules are also available for customers requiring specific performance characteristics or system integration.
