New Chromabond® Drug Ii
May 15 2007
CHROMABOND® Drug II contains a bifunctional adsorbent material, consisting from a strong anion exchanger (SAX, quaternary amine) and C8 modified silica. Two primary retention mechanisms facilitate the use of very strong interferant eluting solvents resulting in very pure extracts especially from heavily matrix loaded samples like urine, plasma, serum or whole blood.
Already available from Macaherey Nagel is CHROMABOND® Drug a SPE-cartridge for enrichment of acidic, neutral and basic drugs. By introducing CHROMABOND® Drug II the scope of SPE products for drug analysis is widened by the important group of THCs.
