User-friendly devices offering a wide range of functionality without taking up much laboratory space characterise Biosan’s personal products range.

Microplate Photometer HiPo is exactly that: a compact table top device with specialised software QuantAssay that is user friendly and time saving as results are just a few clicks away.

HiPo is suitable for measuring the results of ELISA and microbiological studies in 96-well microplates encompassing a wide measurement range from 0 – till 4.3 OD with an extensive filter range available for customers to choose from. Up to 8 filters can be installed on a wheel simultaneously.

Features of QuantAssay software include a robust assay editor for ELISA and the quantitative assay includes up to 20 standards. Avidity/Affinity, Multiplex assays with up to 7 assays on one plate can also be conducted. The qualitative assay includes up to 11 controls and a BestFit function for selecting the best calibration curve is available.

HiPo can be also characterised by fast reading speed: 5 - 8 s per wavelength, shaking option in 4 amplitudes and 4 speeds topped with high accuracy.
