Volumetric flowmeters provide integrated readings over long timeframes, lacking real-time variability and pulsation data. Coriolis flowmeters, while effective, have limited time resolution and are costly.

The Biotech Fluidics Liquid Flowmeter offers a real-time, non-invasive solution based on a thermal sensor, enabling precise HPLC pump validation. The accompanying HPLC Pump Validation Kit processes data via the Biotech Fluidics Liquid Flowmeter PC-App, automatically performing all necessary flow calculations. The system validates data for compliance, generates summary reports for documentation, and includes a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for streamlined validation.

Beyond performance validation, the kit also detects transient flow changes in real-time, including pump pulsation, ensuring optimal HPLC operation.
