The new MASTER 70-vessel ultra-high throughput closed microwave digestion/extraction workstation, produced by SINEO and distributed to the UK by Analysco, delivers efficient and effective microwave digestion of difficult samples in preparation for ICP analysis. Capable of processing up to 70 sample vessels simultaneously, the instrument is well suited to high-throughput laboratories whatever the application. The MASTER series works efficiently with pressures of up to 4MPa and at temperatures up to 250°C, combining precise temperature control and monitoring with ease of use and user safety.

The MASTER series is designed to work seamlessly with vessels and rotors of different quantity, temperature and pressure bearing capacities. Users can choose to load 15, 18, 40 or 70 vessels, each of 70 ml capacity, during each run. The rotation of the high throughput vessel frame means that all the samples are heated evenly across the microwave field. A flexible trolley allows a full rotary table to be loaded without the user needing to touch the vessel itself, which might be pressurised and at very high temperature.

During heating, automatic feedback provides researchers with updates on output power, reaction temperatures and pressure. Along with continuous non-pulse microwave heating, this ensures both instrument safety and efficiency, further secured by a pressure relief blow out disk, which keeps the vessel sealed while in use.
