Save Money - Avoid Trouble with Automatic Particle Sizing from 0.01 µm - 20 mm!

Oct 06 2020

Particle analysis is essential: whether in production and quality control, research, development, laboratory or for controlling manufacturing processes. In all these cases fast, reliable and reproducible results are required. Find the perfect solution adapted to your application. Benefit from more than 35 years of experience in the field of particle technology! We help you to find the perfect measuring principle: static light scattering for analysis of particle size, or dynamic image analysis, if not only the particle size should be measured, but exact information on particle shape is required.

Particle Size Analysis – unbeatably simple and affordable

The two models of the NEW Laser Particle Sizers ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT provide you quickly and easily with reliable results on particle size using static light scattering.

Choose according to your requirements: The ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT Micro with a measuring range of 0.5 – 1500 μm for all typical measurement tasks for the determination of the particle size distribution or the high-end instrument ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT Nano with an extra wide measuring range of 0.01 – 3800 μm for maximum precision and sensitivity for smallest particles with an additional detector system.

Get all the decisive advantages with the model that meets your requirements: especially easy operation and cleaning, short analysis times, reliably reproducible results and the recording of additional parameters such as temperature and pH value during wet dispersion. State-of-the-art technology at an unbeatable price. Cleverly made!

Perfect wet dispersion

Each particle size analyser is only as good as its dispersion. Its cleverly reduced design and the robust engineering make the dispersion unit particularly durable and practically maintenance-free. Due to the complete absence of valves and movable seals in the sample circuit, there are no dead spaces and sample material cannot settle. The powerful centrifugal pump with adjustable speed distributes the sample material in the entire circulation system and ensures stable measurement.

For agglomerating samples, simply insert the optionally available powerful ultrasonic box into the sample circuit.

Analysis of particle shape and size: fast and easy

The ANALYSETTE 28 ImageSizer is the ideal Particle Sizer for all applications that require accurate and reproducible measuring results for both particle shape and size of dry, free-flowing materials and bulk solids as well as of suspensions and emulsions.

The optical process of Dynamic Image Analysis delivers results for particle sizes from 20 μm to 20 mm with a multitude of shape parameters and evaluation options. The measuring time is usually less than 5 minutes and the result is available immediately.
Your advantage: excellent flexibility for different measurement tasks. Even agglomerating samples can be processed easily by using the optional wet dispersion unit.

Reliable reproducibility due to pixel-accurate evaluation

For fast single image viewing, each individual particle can be opened directly from the FRITSCH Cloud with a mouse click. The really important information for you about the morphology will be shown by the position of the data point in the Cloud. Without time-consuming search, you can immediately analyse and evaluate individual selected particles using all available size and shape parameters.
