Flow Chemistry Systems Green, Fast and Clean

Accendo Corporation’s automated chemical flow reaction systems utilise a segmented flow technology that enables automated reaction preparation, synthesis and online analysis. Drug discovery and process research scientists have adopted Accendo’s technology to expand their chemistry capabilities and dramatically increase laboratory productivity. These systems have enabled the pursuit of faster, greener and cleaner reactions. The Accendo systems accelerate users chemistry and even reactions under extreme conditions like highly aggressive reagents, forbidden chemistry or extremely exothermic reactions can be performed. The selectable reactor conditions are -20°C – 300°C and up to 150 bar and these conditions allow the use of greener solvents such as methanol, ethanol or propanol. The systems automate reaction preparation and injections, and scale up from milligrams to hundreds of grams with integrated automated online LC/MS analysis.
