Carbolite Gero manufactures a range of ovens for laboratory applications. Whether you require natural convection, fan-assisted, or an atmosphere controlled high-temperature oven - our solutions meet exacting international standards and have outstanding temperature uniformity.
Carbolite Gero’s affordable laboratory oven solutions are ideal for general laboratory work and routine heat applications. They can be equipped with several options to meet your requirements including, for example, over-temperature protection, individual shelves and runners for different lab applications, digital timers or more advanced laboratory oven temperature control and programmer systems.
The most basic use of a laboratory oven is for drying and sterilising equipment, often glassware. Laboratory ovens can also be used for heating, dehydrating, or softening samples, as well as numerous other laboratory applications across various industries. Industries in which laboratory ovens are invaluable pieces of equipment include civil engineering, the technology industry, and healthcare.
Carbolite Gero also manufactures an extensive range of Clean Room Ovens that are perfect for ISO 14644-1 Class 5 or 6 depending on your specific requirements. Please note that it may be necessary to locate it in the grey area and the only access to the furnace chamber would be through the clean room wall.
In addition, Carbolite Gero also manufactures Atmosphere Controlled Ovens for use with inert atmospheres up to 700°C. Separate flow controls for purge and process gases mean that once the chamber has been purged of atmospheric air process gas can be used with low cost-effective flow rates.
Of course, Carbolite Gero offers bespoke laboratory oven solutions on request which employ the same high-quality materials and workmanship to ensure you optimise your return on investment. Why not find out more today?
