Zinsser Analytic has developed μFRACS – an automated low volume fraction collector for μHPLC. mFRACS is a rapid and accurate system that quickly collects small fractions of only a few μls directly into 384-well or 96-well microtitre plates. The collection plate is automatically moved under the dispensing capillary using a precise X, Y stage, with each individual fraction being dispensed at the bottom of the corresponding well. The dispensing capillary is automatically washed between fractions to prevent cross contamination.

mFRACS is equipped with an integrated plate stacker which can hold 10 plates allowing the system to automatically collect up to 3840 fractions without user intervention.

μFRACS is extremely easy to operate - just switch it on, enter some basic parameters and it’s ready to go.
