New C18-Amide and CN-ES UHPLC/HPLC Columns Available

ACE C18-Amide and CN-ES are new ranges of UHPLC and HPLC columns from Advanced Chromatography Technologies Ltd that incorporate the latest in stationary phase design. ACE C18-Amide offers improved retention of polar compounds, enhanced phenolic resolution and alternative selectivity to C18 bonded columns. ACE CN-ES combines ‘CN polar selectivity’ with ‘C18-like hydrophobicity’, enabling the benefits of both interactions to be fully exploited. The unique ligand design of these two products incorporates an extended alkyl chain spacer between the silica surface and the amide or cyano group, which gives extra phase stability and increased column lifetime. ACE CN-ES is suitable for both reversed-phase and normal-phase separations. Both phases can be used in 100% aqueous mobile phase conditions. Particle sizes of 2, 3, 5 and 10µm are available.
