SuperC18 and SuperPhenylHexyl Extended pH LC Columns 

ACE SuperC18 and SuperPhenylHexyl UHPLC/HPLC columns offer excellent stability across an extended pH range, allowing chromatographers to routinely exploit beneficial selectivity changes at low, intermediate and high pH. These columns are designed for use with LC/MS compatible buffers and offer ultra-low bleed for improved LC/MS compatibility. They can be used with MeOH and MeCN mobile phases and offer rapid column equilibration without memory effects. ACE ‘Super’ columns feature proprietary “Encapsulated Bonding Technology” and are an ideal choice for method development, offering improved inertness, chromatographic performance and column lifetime. ACE SuperC18 columns are available with fully porous 2, 3, 5 and 10µm particles and core-shell (superficially porous) 2.5 and 5µm particles. ACE SuperPhenylHexyl columns are available with core-shell (superficially porous) 2.5 and 5µm particles.
