Prestigious Kepner-Tregoe Award honours problem-solving excellence

29 Jul, 2024

ACG Packaging Materials, part of ACG, the world's sole integrated pharmaceutical solutions and manufacturing company, has been awarded the Kepner-Tregoe (KT) Excellence Award in the team category for problem-solving excellence.

For three decades, the KT Excellence Awards have celebrated outstanding achievements, talent, and the application of KT's methodologies. These awards honour global organisations, teams, and individuals who exemplify mastery in rational processes, acknowledging them as ‘the best in the world’.

Kepner-Tregoe, a leading consulting and training firm for over 65 years, significantly enhanced ACG Packaging Materials' capabilities. In June 2023, 18 ACG associates underwent problem-solving skills development and coaching led by Matthieu Coupeau, Senior Consultant at Kepner-Tregoe. This training equipped the team with a structured approach to addressing complex issues and achieving significant results. Utilising these newly acquired skills, the ACG team outperformed over 100 competitors to secure this prestigious award.

Commenting on the award, the KT Team stated: “This award is a testament to the team’s exemplary performance in its category. The judges highlighted the team's exceptional success in employing the rational process of problem analysis, establishing a global benchmark. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement.”

S.R. Shivshankar, CEO of ACG Packaging Materials, expressed his pride, saying: “This is a significant accomplishment for us. I want to thank and congratulate the team – their dedication and hard work have been truly commendable.”
