Dalemans has announced the integration of Fuji Electric’s TS4000 series Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) into its gas monitoring architectures. This collaboration significantly enhances real-time supervision, data clarity and operational response in laboratory and building environments. Dalemans’ D.CAN addressable gas detectors continually monitor toxic, flammable and asphyxiating gases and centralise their measurements within a Dalemans S.Line control unit. The addition of the Fuji Electric TS4000 HMI provides operators with a unified, intuitive interface offering instant access to live readings, alarms and system faults—improving situational awareness where reaction time is critical.
Fuji Electric’s TS4000 supervisory solution strengthens monitoring performance through clear dashboards, timestamped event logs, and remote access via Modbus TCP, enabling seamless integration with building management systems. Customisable synoptics, trend views and contextual alerts ensure operators gain immediate insight into evolving situations.
The enhanced monitoring capabilities also support compliance with regulated gas detection standards, such as EN 45544, EN 50104, and EN 60079-29-1, where traceability, calibration history, and documented alarm events are essential during audits and inspections.
Gérald Olivier, Director at Dalemans, stated: “Integrating Fuji Electric’s HMI technology allows us to provide clearer, safer and more connected monitoring environments for our customers.”
Dalemans and Fuji Electric France are dedicated to providing robust, scalable, and future-proof gas detection and monitoring solutions for laboratories and technical building environments.
