04 Dec, 2025

Julabo has deepened its long-running collaboration with SRICO (Scientific Research Instruments Company Pvt Ltd.) by taking an ownership stake in the distributor, cementing its commitment to the Indian laboratory and industrial markets.

SRICO has represented Julabo’s temperature control systems across India for many years, alongside products from other leading laboratory technology suppliers. This combined offering has helped the company build a strong reputation with universities, research institutes, and customers in sectors ranging from chemicals and life sciences to electronics and automotive.

“India remains one of the most vibrant regions for scientific growth. Our investment in SRICO underlines our confidence in the market and our dedication to serving it for the long term,” said Markus Juchheim, CEO of Julabo. “By pairing global know-how with SRICO’s local expertise, we can support our Indian customers with even greater focus.”

SRICO Director Narasimha Murthy Bhatta commented: “Our partnership has grown over many years, and this step reflects the trust and success built along the way. With Julabo alongside us, we are better positioned than ever to support laboratories and industry across India.”

Julabo’s systems are widely used across India in laboratories and in sectors including pharma, biotechnology, petrochemicals, automotive testing, and semiconductor manufacturing. The strengthened partnership aims to further support R&D infrastructure and ensure access to reliable temperature control technologies backed by local service.

“The Indian market continues to expand rapidly, and working closely with the SRICO team enables us to respond even more effectively,” added Mark Bitterwolf, Julabo CMO and Director of Sales. “Our goal is to deliver high-performance solutions with the expertise and support customers expect.”
