The NU-5741E provides laboratories whose cell culture requires control of a broad range of parameters with a complete suite of capabilities, including direct heating for balanced control of temperature, precise infrared sensing of CO2, direct control of humidity levels to setpoint by routing chamber air through a water reservoir, and creation of hypoxic conditions by injecting nitrogen. The air pump outside the 160L growth chamber also constantly draws air through a HEPA filter and cycles it back to create clean air at positive pressure and minimise contamination. A 145C heated decontamination cycle can also be run when desired. A touch screen makes it easy to enter set points and view or download historical performance. In addition, this moderately sized incubator can be stacked and still allow the user easy access to the top chamber. Shown with an optional platform with castors.
