The NU-5741E empowers laboratories to control several chamber parameters for their cell culture applications while protecting them from contamination. This model uses direct heat technology to set chamber temperature, an infrared sensor to control CO2, an RH reservoir to generate humidity, and the injection of N2 to suppress oxygen levels. The user easily sets their needed setpoints on the touch screen control panel, where they can also monitor and download historical performance. All the while, the incubator’s air pump moves the chamber air through a HEPA filter to protect cultures from contamination. A high heat 145ºC decontamination cycle is also available for operator usage. The model can be outfitted with optional features to adapt to each laboratory’s needs, such as the platform shown here, a set of sectional rectangular inner doors, extra shelves, and much more.
