Jan 27 2021
As a market leader within the small to medium range biotech and liquid fill/finish sectors, it is with pleasure that Biopharma Group announces a strategic partnership with ETIMA Pharma to distribute linear labelling solutions for the aseptic processing lines in pharma industries along with rotary can and bottle labelling systems across the UK, Ireland, and France.

ETIMA Pharma specialises in automated labelling solutions for the pharmaceutical and food manufacturing sectors, with over 35 years of expertise and knowledge to draw upon.
Like Biopharma Group, ETIMA Pharma pride themselves on a customer orientated flexible approach. Serving the small to medium automated labelling environments but also reaching high speeds depending on the case - for example a can labelling machine can reach 1,000 cans/minute. The ETIFLEX rotary machines have catered lines of approx. 25.000 cph, and the product range will soon have 2 off-line MR-H pharma cartridge & vial labellers for 400 cpm.
This new collaboration promises to not only strengthen, but further establish Biopharma Groups pharmaceutical, nutraceutical food based capabilities across a variety of industry applications and customer requirements. Take a look at the table below for some of the ways the new Etima products can solve issues commonly encountered:
Biopharma offers specialised labelling equipment for use with a wide range of unstable containers, such as, BFS, syringes, tubes, cartridges and special devices. Equipment is manufactured with space saving in mind, with the option for both in-line or rotary machines.
Biopharma’s solutions can be made 21 CFR 11 compliant, as well as integrating traceability/sterilisation systems to secure a good product track.
With labelling solutions being at the heart of ETIMA’s skill set, answers to labelling based questions are prompt and detailed.
