Biotech Fluidics is proud to announce the release of DEGASi Prep+, a groundbreaking in-line membrane degasser, operating at an impressive flow rate of 150 mL/minute for aggressive media and organic solvents.

Revolutionising the degasification of high throughput liquid applications such as process chromatography, dissolution testing, clinical chemistry, and dispensing, the DEGASI Prep+ overcomes the longstanding challenge. Powered by the advanced Systec® DST vacuum pump and employing proprietary Systec AF membrane technology, it ensures reliable and effective degasification even at ultra-high flow rates.

Experience efficient removal of dissolved gases and bubbles from organic solvents or aggressive aqueous solutions with the remarkable DEGASI Prep+. Operating at liquid flow rates of up to 150 mL/minute, this device offers unparalleled performance. Available as a standalone unit, it comes in configurations ranging from 1 to 4 channels of high throughput degassing. Additionally, custom versions with an extra semi-preparative chamber are also available upon request.

The new Biotech DEGASi Prep+ eliminates dissolved gas-related issues and optimises results in sensitive life science manufacturing processes, ensures precise operation of process chromatographs, and performs critical dissolution testing with ease.
